Find an entertainer with our Entertainer Directory

We just launched a new directory of kids’ entertainers and party planners this week. To save you time, we asked entertainers and your local party places to answer questions that parents most frequently ask before booking.

Entertainers are listed by metro-area, and you can search by cost, age group and entertainer type. So you can be sure that you will never have to filter through entertainers from Seattle when you are looking for entertainers in New York!
These profiles also contain information regarding their specialty, a description of their typical entertainment routine, and more importantly, the price range and additional fees (for any add-ons, additional kids etc.). This way, you can easily shortlist entertainer within your budget, suits your child’s age and features the type of entertainment they are interested in.

Polka Dot Tablecloth

Here are some ideas for a great polka dot tablecloth:

  • Plum Party has a great polka dot tablecloth with multi-colored dots. This would be really good for a circus party theme or a polka dot-themed party. The price is $12.50. Have a look!
  • Purchase a plain white paper tablecloth and draw your own polka dots to match your theme. This is a little less expensive, but will consume more time.
  • Or, you can purchase a plain white paper tablecloth, and have the kids draw polka dots on it as a party activity while they wait for cake and ice cream to be served. This will keep them busy, and be fun.
  • If you don’t want to draw your own polka dots, why not head to an office supply store and purchase little round stickers? They are often sold in white and multi-colors. Mark “Xes” all over your white tablecloth, either in a random patterns or in a specific pattern you like, and then stick the colored circles all over the “X” spots.

Here are some more Polka Dot Party ideas.

Bumblebee Cupcakes

Here is a fun recipe for Bumblebee cupcakes!

Some other cute bumblebee ideas:

  • Buy yellow T-shirts for the kids to wear during the party, and paint black stripes and wings on the back.
  • Provide bubbles, and have the kids buzz through the them. A bubble machine would work well at this party.
  • Play Pin the Stinger on the Bumblebee
  • Play Honey, Honey, Bumblebee, much like Duck, Duck, Goose
  • Draw stripes on yellow balloons to make bumblebee balloons.
  • Make a bee out of a woodeen spoon, and use wooden hearts for the wings. Have the kids decorate the bee with black and yellow markers and/or paint.
  • Make yellow bumbebee antennaes using yellow pipe cleaners and a black headband.
  • Have the kids buzz around the yard acting like bees.

Have a buzzzzyyy good time!!
