4087817951_d87657307c_oWow, I have been so psyched over Sesame Street’s 40th Birthday on November 10, 2009, and I am truly astounded by Bakerella’s Sesame Street Pops that she created to celebrate.

Check these sweet little creations out.  Now, if you are a fan of the show and your kids are too, this is a great recipe to try out together.

Build-A-Bear Cake Pan

Santa BAB Build-A-Bear workshops are a favorite for children at the holidays and for birthdays and any old time.  Williams-Sonoma has partnered up with Build-A-Bear for kids to have fun building edible bears in their own kitchens!  How cute is this Build-A-Bear Cake Pan?  As the site states, the cake pan bakes a three-dimensional bear cake in two halves that can be joined and decorated with icing.  There are even princess, soccer, and Santa outfits for your bear cakes too.

Snoopy Cake Pan

It would seem that Snoopy is “Vintage” nowadays. It’s hard to believe as the Peanuts’ gang seems as popular as ever. If you want to make a Snoopy cake for your next party, check out e-Bay! Often, people are selling the vintage Wilton cake pans there. For example, check out this link to the Snoopy Red Barron Pans from Wilton. I had no luck finding a straight Snoopy pan, but the Red Baron is a step in the right direction.

If you are having a full-fledged Snoopy party, and are looking for favors, balloons, and just about anything Snoopy and Peanuts, check out: SnoopyGift.com. It’s a great resource!
