Are e-invitations appropriate to send out for kids’ parties?
It would seem in the sphere of kids’ parties, people still tend to send out invitations either via snail mail or hand-delivery. This can be for several reasons.
- Many people make a creative invitation that matches their theme and won’t fit into an envelope. Thus, these are hand-delivered.
- Often people enjoy putting together a photo invite together for their kids’ parties and so buying physical cards that allow people to slip in the photo is also quite popular.
- People are making invitations that will be delivered to other kids. They often don’t have access to computers or the savvy to know how/when to retrieve an evite.
- Even if most people are adults who are being invited, people still tend to think of kids’ party invitations as something sent via snail mail as it is a special occasion and the physical invitation kicks it off.
