Where The Wild Things Are Party Ideas

An adaptation of Where_The_Wild_Things_AreMaurice Sendak’s beloved childhood book Where the Wild Things Are hit movie theaters recently. How awesome is this movie? Check out the trailer here. As you may know, Where the Wild Things Are is the story of Max, a little boy who is sent to bed without dinner for being naughty. Once in his room, he creates his own world: a forest with wild creatures that crown him as their ruler. The story is full of creativity, imagination, and love, and it will be awesome to see director Spike Jonze bring it to life on the big screen.

Where the Wild Things Are would make an excellent party theme full of creatures, mischief, and wild things for Halloween this year.  And if  you somehow have made it this far without reading the book, check it out on Amazon.  It is truly a classic in the best sense of the word. You can also get the Where the Wild Things Are soundtrack and let your kids do a wild dance.

Babymouse Party IdeasBabymouse is a series of graphic novels written by brother-sister team Matthew and Jennifer Holm.  Are your kids into reading this series of ingenious stories of the Queen of the World, AKA Babymouse?  She is a little character that most people don’t know much about, check out the video, but who has a series of adventures that all kids can relate to.  These include: Beach Babe, Rock Star, Camp Babymouse, and more….collect all of these graphic novels for fun.  Babymouse can inspire a fun character spin on some of the most popular party themes like camping, rock stars, puppies, and more.
