Move over Tobey Maguire…the Spidey gig may be cool, but Conan O’Brien may soon be getting into the children’s entertainment business soon enough. Recently on the Tonight Show, Conan said “My name is Conan O’Brien and I may soon be available for children’s parties.” He also added that when he was a kid, he recalled “watching Johnny Carson and thinking, someday I’m going to host that show for seven months.”

Pretty Funny.  Who would you rather have at your next child’s party: Tobey or Conan?

This month marks the premiere of Disney’s new show, Special Agent Oso. Oso, voiced by Sean Astin, is a panda in the ranks of U.N.I.Q.U.E (United Network for Investigating Quite Usual Events). He seeks the help of his viewers to complete his important missions, such as mailing a letter, brushing his teeth, and using the library. Oso is a James Bond type of panda who is in the business of helping kids learn everyday tasks in a fun and special way.

Special Agent Oso would make a fun party theme or play date activity theme as well. If you are planning a special birthday outing, you could turn it into a Special Agent Oso Mission to get the kids excited!

Peppers and Pollywogs showcased a fun (& budget-friendly) Jungle Party theme on KTLA in Los Angeles.  Kids were a part of the fun coloring masks, making Jungle Visors, and eating iced animal crackers galore!  A jungle party theme is so much fun!  Check out more ideas for this great theme here.
