Here’s a simple and fun invitation idea.
Buy your kid’s favorite chocolate bar and carefully remove the wrapper (a standard Hershey’s Bar works well). Trace the outline of the wrapper on your favorite paper or on colored paper that matches your party theme. Write all of your party details on the paper in your own handwriting, or by feeding the paper into a printer.
Reattach the new wrapper to the chocolate bar with a glue stick.
Have your kid hand out these sweet party invitations to all of his party guests.
It’s simple, but packs a punch on delivery: everyone will want an invite to this party!

Detailed instructions are also available at http://www.pccrafts.com/content/view/22/43/ They show how to wrap candy, and have a list of wrapper sizes for different type of candies. If you’re giving away these candy bars as invitations, it may be a good idea not to remove the original packaging, but rather wrap over it.
