As the holidays approach, all of our calendars are going to fill quickly. Among family gatherings, holiday parties, and everything else that makes the end of the year fly by in a blink, are all of the kids’ birthday parties as well. If you have one on the agenda this season, a really good idea is to send out a “Save the Date” card now. This way people will have plenty of time to put your important date on their calendars and plan accordingly.
When sending out your “Save the Date” cards, make sure to include the following information:
- Save the Date!
- What: A Birthday Party for ___!
- When: Date/Time
- Where: Place
- Invitation to Follow!
You can print this information on clear sheets of stickers via your printer, and then peel the backs off and place on card stock ~ pick a card color that will match your party’s theme. If you are using a character as a theme, you could purchase stickers and place them on the card as well or draw/color a matching border on to the card.
Stick them into an envelope and send them off. This should ease your mind as we come into the busiest time of year!
Say It!
