Bryan Townsend over at The Pokey Pup sent over some great music suggestions for your upcoming Halloween Party..whether you are looking for CDs or single songs that you want to mix up yourself…check out these Monster Hits!
CD suggestions for a Halloween party:
- Halloween Hits features some classic not-too spooky songs, like the Monster Mash’ that adults and kids can both enjoy recorded by the original artists, not the cheesy instrumental remakes. This CD would probably be good with school age children, 6-12 years old, but younger children probably wouldn’t be scared by any of the music either.
- Hunk-Ta-Bunk-Ta Spooky! (Katherine Dines)
This CD is also probably good for ages 6-12. This unique CD mixes original songs with ghost stories. - Boo, Cackle, Trick Or Treat (Sue Schnitzer)
This CD is a safe bet for younger children (6 and under), but older kids would probably enjoy it as well. The music is a folky, sing-along style of Halloween songs. The CD booklet also includes some Halloween activities and jokes.
Both Boo, Cackle, Trick Or Treat and Halloween Hits Halloween Hits are available at Amazon
.
