So, the feast is over, and the time for the Potter Delectables is upon the Muggles.

***A fun trick to keep in mind is to use trick candles that won’t blow out.***

A batch of Wizard Cupcakes would be yummy.  Bake a batch of cupcakes, ice, and top them off with sugar cones that have been decorated with icing and yellow stars and moons.  Turn it upside down on top of the cupcake.  Perfect wizardry sweet treat!

A batch of Sword in the Stone Cupcakes would also be easy and fun.  Again, make a batch of cupcakes and frost with gray icing.  Stick a little sword-shaped pick into each of the cupcakes.  These can be found at your grocery store.

Serve Violet Pudding…combine a cup of water and 2 cups of sugar, add 4 cups of violets.  Place on medium heat and let simmer until the syrup reads 234 degrees on a candy thermometer.  Stir gently with a wooden spoon until the syrup becomes coarse.  Drain in colander and shake off excess sugar and place on wax paper.  Place violets in clean jars when cool.  Whip 2 cartons of whipping cream and place flowers in the mix.

Blend green sherbert and sprite for a “Dragon’s Snot Smoothie.”

Harry Potter House Shield Cookies would also be a great treat to serve!

Serve Chocolate Bugs and Frogs.  A good candy choice would be Harry Potter Cockroach Clusters…yummy!

Check out the recipe for Chocolate Play Dough.

Of course, Wilton has a great Harry Potter Cake Pan.  It’s a perfect Potter Cake to be sure.

Amazon.com has a great Harry Potter Do-It-Yourself Cake Decorating Package which will make a cake with a scene from the story.

The list is most likely endless, but hopefully these ideas will give you some unusual and tasty treats to serve!
