Should I let me children attend birthday parties on Christmas Day and Easter? I am irritated that these parties are being held on big holidays like these.

Well, not everyone celebrates Christmas or Easter, so, for these families, these holidays are not days to be treated differently. As a result, you may find your kids are invited to parties on the holiday dates. Check out your own schedule to determine if you will let your children attend or not. Perhaps you have a huge family day on Christmas, but Easter is more low-key. You may then feel comfortable letting them attend parties held on Easter. If you are busy on both holidays, simply RSVP that the kids will not be attending. People will definitely understand!

These types of invitations are not worth getting irritated over. Simply accept that some people may not view these dates as holidays, and feel free to RSVP no if you are not interested in your kids attending.
