Kegs at Kids’ Parties?

I attended a kid’s party recently, and there was a keg for everyone to enjoy. Do you think this is appropriate?

When you attend a kid’s party, it is not normally a time when adults should feel free to drink excessively. Some families may provide wine and beer to their guests, especially if it is a one-year-old’s party and mostly adults will be attending. However, a keg is over-the-top for a kid’s party, and suggests that people heavily drink during the event. Kids’ parties should not be seen as a huge drinking bash, and kegs do connotate this. It’s not appropriate, and is not a common part of most kids’ parties.
