Little kids may get a kick out of a party with everything “mini,” i.e. their size. Basically take any element of a party and down-size it to mini…and have a tiny world of fun! FamilyFun.com has put together a fun Miniature Party Plan for ideas and a Teeny Tiny Cake as well!
For the menu, make tiny melon balls and place in tiny watermelons for a tiny fruit delight. Serve with a dollop of cream or fruity yogurt. Cut out tiny cubes of cheese and serve with mini-crackers. Serve tiny gummies as an additional treat.
Mini-cupcakes, mini e-clairs, Munchkin donuts, mini popcorn balls, mini Rice Krispie treats would also make excellent themed treats.
Make up mini-ice cubes for the drinks with a tiny candy frozen inside.
For girls, as a craft idea, make mini-bracelets and necklaces with cheerios and/or tin beads. Have the kids decorate mini crowns or party hats. Send home with the kids a mini-survival kit with a match, penny, single Tootsie Roll candy, vitamin, etc.
Say It!
