Timely Arrival to the Party

Invitation Language to Get Your party Guests to Arrive on Time:

If you are serving a special meal at your party, or one that requires heating, and will be served right at the start of your party, you could write on your invitations, “Warm meal will be served promptly at X time.” This will alert the parents that their kids need to be on-time for the meal.

If you are really concerned that people will still linger in, serve the party meal 30 minutes after your guests arrive. In this way, you ensure that everyone arrives and is served the party meal together and that it is warm as well.
