Things to consider when calling places to host your party:

Once you have an idea as to where to have your party, ring up the place to find out what they have to offer for a kids’ party. Here is a simple list of questions that you can use as a checklist:

Do you have any special birthday party packages?
If so, what does it provide?
How much is the cost? Is the price all-inclusive? If not, what is additional?
Is there a limit on the number of party guests?
What times do you offer, and how long does the package last?
How many staff are available to help run the party?
Can I provide anything if I want to? If so, what does this include? Will the kids have some time without organized activity? How is this handled?

Of course, sometimes an outside venue is just that, a place to hold the event, i.e. a park, and so these questions will not apply. If you are using an outside venue, however, for the entertainment/activity of the party, as well as the venue, then these questions are certainly appropriate.
