For girls between the ages of 7 to 11, “That’s So Raven” is a very popular show that kids may want for their next birthday party. What’s the show about? Raven is the central character who can see flashes of the future that she relates to all of her pals, including: Chelsea and Eddie and her family, Tanya and Victor are her parents and Cory is her younger brother.

What to do at this Raven Bash?

Send a fortune-telling invitation, using metallic paper that looks like a fortune-telling mirror, provide all of the “future” details of the party. Outline the mirror with glitter as well for added pizzazz!

For your decorations, use bright colors to decorate the party area. You can easily in  That’s So Raven party ware from Celebrate Express, or simply keep it to your bright colors. Have fortune cookies all over the party table for added decorations as well.

As the kids enter the party, give them a T-shirt that they can decorate using fabric paint, iron on transfers, stencils. They can wear these at the party or take them home as a favor.

Decorate picture frames with glitter and/or gel pens as an additional craft.

Kids can mix up their own batch of body glitter!

One really fun activity is to have a fortune teller on hand to read the girl’s palms or tell the future. Of course, this is all in good fun, but having someone dressed up as a gypsy with a crystal ball inside a tent would add mystery and intrigue to the party and would be lots of fun for the kids too.

Rent a Karaoke machine and sing along to the “That’s So Raven” CD ~ the kids will love getting into the act together, either singing in unison or taking turns paying lead and back up.

Make Cootie Catchers for the kids to tell each other’s fortunes. Always a hit!

Break open a That’s So Raven Piñata.

How about a Wiggly Jiggly Crystal Ball treat?

For the favors, you can send home a small felt purple purse filled with a small mirror, stickers, the body glitter they made, pen and little notebook, little bracelet, etc. The T-shirt should also be considered a favor as well.
