Pixar has done it again…another great movie for the kids this summer as Wall-E takes on cleaning up the Earth all on his own ~ for 700 years! Tough job, but he finds himself on an adventure of a lifetime when he meets Eve!
You could definitely use an Outer Space party theme to bring this theme alive, but then also include a few Wall-E specific party activities too!
Some ideas to make it Wall-E specific:
Find your Wall-E Party Supplies for your party at Celebrate Express.
- Have the kids build a Bot of their own using cardboard and aluminum foil and googly eyes. Gather medium to large boxes so that the Bot is life-sized for the kids!
- Have a Trash Scavenger Hunt. Wall-E’s job is to clean stuff up. Either hide trash or head to a park and clean up the trash…environmentally-friendly and in keeping with Wall-E’s job.
- Wall-E has a Hula Hoop Vignette…have the kids do a series of tricks with a Hula Hoop.
- Wall-E has a Headphones Vignette, let the kids use a set of headphones and create silly dances like Wall-E!
- Magnets stick to Wall-E, of course! Well, he is metal! Purchase a few magnets and have the kids stick all sorts of magnetic items on to them. They can take these home as goodies!
- Wall-E is a curious bot…have everyday things laying around your party room for the kids to use, discover, and create different uses for the everyday stuff. For example, a dusting mitt, a small radio, a vacuum cleaner, a fork. Let the kids explore and create new uses for these everyday items. They have to explain and show the rest of the guests what these things do!
Don’t forget the Outer Space food too! Serve Dippin Dots..yummy!
Send the kids home with their bot and outer space ice cream!
Say It!
