What is it?

If you need a rhyme for your kids' party invitation or thank-you note, you can use this service. Our poet will create a 4-8 line rhyme with the information you provide.

How does it work?

• To request a rhyme, provide us information regarding occasion, theme and the person(s) the rhyme is addressed to. Give as much information as possible so that the poet is able to create a highly customized rhyme for you.
• Check out using Google Checkout. You can use your credit card to pay.
• You will get a confirmation of your order from Google.
• Our poet will work on the rhyme with the information you provide - and on a rare occasion, they may contact you if any information you provide is not clear to them.
• You will get your rhyme by email.
• You can always check the status of your rhyme by logging on to Peppers and Pollywogs or in Google Checkout.

How much does it cost?

What can I do if I'm not satisfied?
Email us at mailto:pepperspollywogs.com:rhymes with your order number and why you were unsatisfied. Our poet will re-edit the rhyme once to address your concern.

How much will the poet edit?
The poet will change 2-3 lines at the most. The poet will not write a new poem. If you request a significant change, it is solely left to the discretion of the poet to go above and beyond your request. Please remember to tip the poet and write a glowing review if they do!

Who can I request a rhyme for?
Peppers and Pollywogs focuses on kids’ parties, and our poets have been chosen based on their ability to create age-appropriate kid-centric poems. Our poets will create rhymes that are appropriate for events for 0-18 year olds. Please request rhymes for kid-centric or mixed (kids/family) events only. Our poets reserve the right to fulfill or return any rhyme request.

Can I get a refund?
No. We will edit your first rhyme without an additional charge if you are unsatisfied. We do not offer any refunds since poets spend a considerable amount of time creating a rhyme and we have to pay them for their time.

Make sure you review and rate our poet after you receive your rhyme.

My credit card was charged, but I didn't receive my rhyme.
We charge your credit card only after our poet completes the rhyme and emails it to you. It is possible that you may have provided an incorrect email address or the email may have been incorrectly filtered by your spam filter. Please look for an email message from us in your bulk mail, spam or junk mail folder.

What is Google Checkout?
Google Checkout is a payment service offered by Google.

Can I request rhymes in any language?
At this time, we offer rhymes only in US English.

Can I pay Peppers and Pollywogs directly without using Google Checkout?
We do not accept any other payment method for Request-a-rhyme currently.

Can I use the rhyme in any way I want?
Rhymes are provided to you by our poets under the Creative Commons License version 2.5, which allows you to use the rhyme for any purpose, except reselling it commercially. You are not required to attribute this work to the author.

What can I expect from this service?

• You will get 4-8 line customized rhyme based on the information you provide.
• You will get this within 3 days after your request has been submitted.
• You will be charged after your request has been fulfilled.
• Our charge will show up in your credit card statement as GOOGLE*PEPPERS&POLLYWOGS
